About the *Role*
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on *Project Manager – Execution* with 2–3 years of experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), Civil Construction, or MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion, quality standards, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential or commercial projects, strong team-management skills, and the ability to independently handle and coordinate up to 3 projects simultaneously.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Plan, manage, and execute up to 3 projects simultaneously.
* Coordinate site teams, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal departments.
* Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Coordinate Civil, PEB, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and MEP activities.
* Manage manpower, materials, resources, and site requirements.
* Ensure projects meet quality, cost, safety, and schedule targets.
* Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and execution risks.
* Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.
* Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
* Conduct project review meetings and report progress to management.
* Coordinate project handover, snag resolution, and final client closure.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per year
