Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and support revenue growth for the organization. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation through research and outreach, qualifying prospects, conducting meetings and presentations, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves coordinating with internal recruitment and operations teams, preparing proposals and reports, and tracking business development activities using CRM or similar tools. The position requires regular market research, networking, and communication to expand the client base and strengthen the company’s presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Communication to effectively reach prospects and build strong client relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to maintain client satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and manage a dynamic, target-driven workload.
- Need To be MBA in Marketing.
