Senior Python Fullstack Engineer | Contract-to-Hire | Bangalore
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6–8 Months on Geektrust Labs Payroll, followed by conversion to Taylor & Francis payroll)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Candidates serving notice period within 20 days only
Compensation
- 5–8 Years Experience: Up to ₹37 LPA
- 8–10 Years Experience: Up to ₹45 LPA
Role: Senior Python Fullstack Engineer
We are looking for highly hands-on Fullstack Engineers with strong backend depth in Python and good frontend exposure. This is a coding-heavy role where candidates are expected to contribute end-to-end across backend systems and UI implementation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python backend development
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Django
- Flask
- FastAPI
- Solid experience with AWS cloud services
- Strong SQL/database fundamentals
- Frontend development experience with modern UI frameworks/libraries
- Understanding of state management and frontend optimisation techniques
- Ability to work across frontend and backend independently
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates who have built and worked on frontend applications
- Strong backend engineering depth
- Hands-on coding experience across the stack
- Engineers comfortable owning features end-to-end
Frontend Evaluation Focus
Candidates should be able to discuss:
- Frontend technologies/libraries they’ve worked with

- State management approaches
- Performance optimisations handled in UI applications
Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
