About the Role
Novetum is looking for a creative and execution-focused Content & Growth Marketing Intern to support our content creation, social media, and growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, experimenting with AI tools, and learning modern marketing practices. You won't be expected to own the entire marketing strategy from day one, but you should be eager to learn quickly, improve continuously, and contribute actively to the team.
What You'll Do
- Create and assist in writing:
- Blog posts
- LinkedIn content and social media posts
- Website and marketing copy
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats including:
- Social media posts
- Carousels
- Short-form content
- Visual assets
- Assist with basic SEO activities such as:
- Keyword research
- On-page optimization
- Content updates and improvements
- Create simple visuals and creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Track and report basic performance metrics such as impressions, views, engagement, and reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, services, and campaigns
- Support growth initiatives and marketing experiments using AI tools and automation wherever possible
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Interest in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT and Canva, or willingness to learn them quickly
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate rapidly
- Self-motivated with a willingness to experiment, learn, and improve
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience managing personal or professional social media accounts
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and keyword research
- Experience with content creation tools or marketing platforms
- Portfolio, writing samples, blog posts, or social media projects
