We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations for civil construction projects and corporate offices. The candidate will be responsible for managing site administration, facility management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance support, employee accommodations, transportation, asset management, and overall administrative efficiency across project locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations at project sites and corporate offices.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
Site Administration
- Handle site office setup and maintenance.
- Manage employee accommodation, transportation, canteen, and welfare facilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, vehicle management, and logistics support.
- Ensure proper upkeep of project offices and site facilities.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain records of company assets, inventory, and asset movement.
- Monitor vendor performance and service agreements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, licenses, and statutory documents.
- Support management in compliance-related documentation and audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative standards.
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS for management review.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise the administration team and support staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Conduct training and ensure discipline among administrative personnel.
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA with 5–10 years of administrative experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate sectors.
- Experience in site administration and project support functions.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and contract administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
