Role: CFO – Finance head.
Location : Jalgaon, Maharashtra
Job Description:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key executive leader responsible for the financial management, overall business direction and strategic financial planning of the manufacturing company.
The CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting and management to support our strategic goals and growth objectives.
The CFO will drive the financial strategy to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency while ensuring financial integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the company's strategic goals and growth objectives.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors to drive business performance.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, audit and other financial regulations specific to the agriculture industry.
Financial projection with provision for next year.
Analysis marketing schemes, monthly sales and collection of all depot.
Finalization of directors’ individual accounts.
Finalize documentation of loan proposal
Analysis cash flow, working capital and cost benefits.
Co-ordination with all financial consultant and bankers.
Finalise the profitability statements.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the company’s financial health.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Investment and Funding:
Oversee capital allocation, investment analysis, and funding strategies to support business expansion and operational needs.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with operational goals and business strategies.
Provide financial guidance and support for key projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of finance staff to build a high-performing team.
Communication:
Communicate financial performance and strategy effectively to the board of directors
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making.
Educational Requirements:
CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory OR MBA Finance from a top-tier institute with strong manufacturing finance experience.
Additional qualifications preferred: CMA/ICWA, CPA, or certifications in financial modelling, IFRS, or risk management.
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10-12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5–8 years in a senior finance leadership role (Head Finance/Finance Controller/Deputy CFO/CFO)
Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company with hands-on exposure to costing, plant finance, and inventory accounting.
Proven track record in improving gross margins, reducing cost of production, and strengthening working capital.
Strong exposure to statutory compliances, audits, banking, treasury, and financial governance.
Experience in ERP implementation or major ERP process improvement is strongly preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
