Role Overview
As part of the Mahindra Auto Accessories team, the Marketing & Branding Lead will drive the end-to-end brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and communication for the Vehicle Accessories Business Unit. This role is critical in building strong brand equity, driving product visibility, and ensuring impactful storytelling across channels. The incumbent will lead marketing campaigns, strengthen digital presence, and enable successful product launches while managing key stakeholders and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership
Lead brand marketing, campaigns, and communication strategy for the Vehicle Accessories Business.
Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Marketing Planning & Execution
Own the annual marketing calendar, campaign planning, and execution roadmap.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and impact.
Campaigns & Product Launches
Drive brand awareness initiatives and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Ensure impactful execution of campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels.
Digital & Content Presence
Strengthen Mahindra Accessories’ digital presence across platforms.
Oversee content strategy in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
Manage external agencies for creative, digital, and media execution.
Collaborate across functions (design, merchandising, sales) for integrated campaign delivery.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the team & foster a high-performance, collaborative, and creative team environment.
