A Back Office Executive manages essential administrative and operational functions that keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes. They primarily handle data management, documentation, financial processing, and cross-departmental coordination to support client-facing teams.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
Data & Information Management
· Accurately input, update, and maintain critical company records and customer details in internal databases.
· Compile and format data into regular reports and presentations for senior management.
· Conduct checks to ensure no formatting, spelling, or numerical errors exist in company documents
· Manage office supplies, order new inventory, and maintain equipment.
· Handle daily correspondence, including drafting, sending, and responding to emails.
· Coordinate staff meetings, update calendars, and assist in organizing company events.
