About the Role
We’re hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to own strategy and execution across all digital channels. You’ll lead the team, drive growth, and turn marketing spend into measurable leads and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to hit performance goals
- Build and execute integrated strategies across SEO, SEM, paid ads, social, and email
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for traffic, leads, and conversions
- Track key metrics, analyze data, and report on ROI and performance
- Manage budgets and allocate spend for maximum efficiency
- Align with content, design, developers, and sales teams to drive results
- Own website, landing pages, and social presence for SEO + conversion
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform updates
What You Need
- 2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven team leadership and client/account management skills
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and email marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset
- Experience optimizing landing pages and websites for conversion
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
