We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager for our IT Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful student placements in reputed IT companies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills with a strong understanding of the IT hiring market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, HR teams, and recruitment agencies for student placements.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and hiring events.
- Identify job opportunities and internship programs for students.
- Prepare students for placements through resume building, mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and soft skills training coordination.
- Track student eligibility, placement status, and company feedback.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure maximum student placement conversion.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student performance and placement readiness.
- Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
- Organize industry interaction sessions, guest lectures, and career guidance programs.
- Build long-term partnerships with companies for recurring hiring requirements.
- Handle end-to-end placement activities and ensure smooth interview coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, business development, or training institute placements.
- Strong network with IT companies and recruiters is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
- Ability to motivate and guide students for career opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an IT training institute or educational organization.
- Knowledge of campus placement processes and corporate hiring practices.
- Ability to meet placement targets and maintain employer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
