Role description
Customer requires 10+ Years experienced Project Manager
Projects will be delivered using a mix of agile and waterfall methodologies
Resource can be Onshore or Offshore.
Onshore resource should be working in Hybrid mode with 3 days/week from Office
Experience of managing the end to end delivery of complex IT projects
Expertise in a relevant IT project delivery methodology and processes
Experience of leading a team
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Project management qualification, e.g. APMP, Prince2, MS
Experience of influencing senior stakeholders to secure funding for proposed initiatives
Experience of managing projects with a team comprised of onshore and offshore resources
Experience of a retail organisation
Expert knowledge of processes in relevant business areas
