Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and clinical procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
- Ensure proper documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Good clinical and patient care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for hospital documentation.
- Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Positive attitude with a patient-centric approach.
Eligibility
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in IVF, Fertility, NICU, Maternity, Gynecology, or Hospital Nursing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join at the earliest are preferred.
