Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables for service.
- Follow hotel/resort service standards and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Physically fit and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
