Operating at the Manager level, the selected candidate will implement commercial strategies on the ground, manage customer relationships, and directly drive sales volumes to maximize our chemical manufacturing assets.Key Responsibilities & Operational Deliverables
1. Core Business Development (Strategic Growth & Pipeline Creation)
- Market Entry Execution: Implement go-to-market strategies for untapped international geographies and emerging application sectors.
- New Client Acquisition: Actively hunt, qualify, and convert new mid-sized to large industrial B2B clients globally.
- Pipeline Management: Build a robust, continuous sales pipeline through regular market mapping and cold outreach.
- Market Intelligence: Gather ongoing field intelligence on global market trends, competitor pricing, and industry regulatory shifts.
2. Sales & Marketing Execution (Revenue Generation & Optimization)
