We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Admissions Counselor to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. Your primary goal is to engage potential candidates over the phone, understand their educational needs, and guide them toward the right programs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective candidates to generate high-quality leads for the admissions department.
- Consultative Selling: Explain program benefits, address queries, and assist candidates in the enrollment process over the phone.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and lead statuses in our database to ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Tele-calling.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling objections professionally.
- Language & Communication:
- Mandatory: Exceptional fluency in the regional language.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
