1. Inventory Control & Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels of orthopaedic implants, instruments, and consumables
- Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and serial numbers
- Follow FIFO/FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
2. Doctor & Surgery Coordination
- Coordinate directly with doctors and OT staff to confirm required implants, sizes, and instruments before surgeries
- Ensure correct product selection and availability as per surgical needs
- Handle last-minute changes in size or product requirements efficiently
3. Inter-Hospital Coordination
- Arrange and track movement of implants and surgical instruments between hospitals as per surgery schedules
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials across locations
- Maintain proper records of stock transferred between hospitals
4. Demand Planning & Availability
- Forecast demand based on surgery schedules and historical usage
- Maintain buffer stock for emergency and urgent procedures
- Coordinate with sales team for upcoming cases
5. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
- Monitor lead times and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain vendor relationships
6. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of materials
- Coordinate deliveries to hospitals and operation theatres
- Manage urgent and emergency dispatches
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain documentation for traceability (batch, lot, serial numbers)
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations
- Handle product recalls if required
8. Returns & Consignment Handling
- Manage unused implant returns from hospitals
- Track consignment stock placed at hospitals
- Ensure proper handling of reusable instruments
9. Systems & Reporting
- Update inventory in ERP systems
- Generate reports on stock status, shortages, and slow-moving items
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
