Website: www.bakingo.com Role Brief: We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Retention Marketing professional to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases through effective CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning and executing retention campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging customer insights and behavioral data to improve customer lifetime value. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in marketing automation tools, and the ability to lead a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention campaigns based on user behavior, customer segmentation, and lifecycle journey mapping. Analyze and optimize the customer journey by identifying key touchpoints and listening points to enhance customer engagement and retention. Drive proactive campaign management across multiple channels, continuously monitoring and improving key performance metrics such as Orders per Buyer, Repeat Purchase Rate, Open Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Inbox Delivery Rate, and overall campaign ROI. Plan and execute CRM and Loyalty Marketing initiatives aligned with customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Creative, and Technology to ensure seamless campaign execution. Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies. Lead, mentor, and manage a team while ensuring timely delivery of retention marketing initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful campaign outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, user lifecycle management, and retention strategies. Proficiency in marketing channels such as Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Push Notifications, and Retargeting Campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, Web Engage, Blueshift, Clever Tap, or similar tools (Mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Google Analytics. Experience in planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent understanding of CRM databases and customer data analysis. Prior experience in team management and stakeholder coordination. Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, Food-Tech, or Consumer Internet businesses. Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and personalization strategies.
