An established, growing web applications & publishing company is seeking a highly energetic, experienced full stack Web Developer with exceptional PHP, MySQL, Jquery, Javascript, API and mobile app development skills – to work with us to build/customize our web services & web applications. This candidate will work with our core engineering team to design, develop and maintain highly scalable web services/application modules – that work in conjunction with our web portals, mobile applications, web sites or web services; to provide rich-internet user experiences. The work will include functional development and customization of existing PHP based web site code, wordpress plugins, android/IOS mobile applications as well as developing new functional modules from scratch – based on the provided business requirements or functional specifications. There will be occasional front-end web development work involving HTML/CSS/AJAX as well. In a nutshell – this is a core web and application development/programming job which not only requires solid software development skills, but also requires a demonstrated passion for working with open-source software and solving complex problems.
