Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive intern or executive to support our digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone interested in understanding how businesses acquire customers, build digital presence and grow online.
What you'll work on:
- Social media content and campaign execution
- Website content and basic SEO
- Lead generation and digital campaigns
- Ecommerce product listings and catalogue management
- Ecommerce website updates and promotions
- Market, competitor and customer research
- Tracking basic marketing and ecommerce performance metrics
- Supporting email, WhatsApp and other digital campaigns
What we're looking for:
- Good communication and writing skills
- Interest in digital marketing and ecommerce
- Basic understanding of social media, SEO and online advertising
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- Creative, organised and willing to experiment
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
Good to have:
- Canva / basic design skills
- Google Analytics / Search Console
- Meta Ads or Google Ads exposure
- Shopify, WooCommerce or other ecommerce platforms
