Role Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Plan and execute daily field visits as per the call plan.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCRs) and other sales reports on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Pharm., or any graduate).
- Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages, along with a valid driving license, will be an advantage
Pay: ₹247,476.05 - ₹456,000.00 per year
