Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Executive / Direct Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Present the company's software development services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5+ years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Experience selling IT services, software solutions, SaaS, or digital services is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- CRM experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
