We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and responsible Social Worker Assistant to join our Hyderabad team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates as well as individuals looking to restart their careers and who are interested in working with children, schools, communities, and inclusive education initiatives.
The role offers hands-on exposure to field coordination, stakeholder engagement, Special Educator support, community outreach, and project implementation.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will undergo structured training on the organization's digital platform, project processes, and operational workflows. After training, the candidate will work primarily from the Hyderabad office, along with regular field visits across Hyderabad and nearby locations as required.
The role involves supporting Special Educators (SEs), coordinating with schools and stakeholders, assisting with field activities, and ensuring smooth implementation of assigned project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits across Hyderabad and nearby locations for project implementation and follow-ups.
- Support and coordinate with Special Educators (SEs) during project activities.
- Assist SEs with the use of the organization's digital platform, reporting processes, and workflows.
- Maintain regular communication with SEs, schools, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide on-ground support during school visits, awareness activities, meetings, and project initiatives.
- Follow up on assigned activities and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and help resolve day-to-day field and operational challenges.
- Maintain field records, trackers, reports, and activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project implementation.
- Represent the organization professionally during school visits and stakeholder interactions.

- Laptop and smartphone are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Hyderabad and nearby locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for local travel.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and willingness to learn.
