Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of designing scalable and maintainable microservices-based systems.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight application deployment.
- Ability to implement robust API design and management within distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and service mesh architectures.
