The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will play an active role in sourcing top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and shaping our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Write and post highly engaging job advertisements to attract diverse talent pools.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments.
- Coordinate onboarding to deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills: Strong sourcing capabilities, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Attributes: A creative storyteller who understands candidate motivators and market trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
