Job Summary
Revolite is hiring a Senior Web Performance Engineer with strong expertise in Client-Side Web Performance, Core Web Vitals, and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM). This role requires a hands-on specialist who can identify, analyze, and resolve client-side performance bottlenecks impacting user experience across large-scale retail e-commerce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Perform browser rendering and performance analysis using Chrome DevTools.
- Identify and troubleshoot client-side performance issues affecting customer experience.
- Manage Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Analyze browser rendering, JavaScript execution, resource loading, and performance bottlenecks.
- Correlate telemetry and browser metrics to improve digital customer experience.
- Collaborate with frontend engineering teams to implement performance improvements and prevent regressions.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Web Performance Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Hands-on experience with Chrome DevTools.
- Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Experience with one or more of the following tools:
- Catchpoint
- Blue Triangle
- WebPageTest
- Lighthouse CI
- SpeedCurve
- Akamai mPulse
- ContentSquare
- FullStory
- Quantum Metric
- Yottaa
- New Relic
- Datadog
- Strong understanding of browser rendering, JavaScript execution, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale, high-traffic e-commerce applications.

This role is strictly focused on Client-Side Web Performance Testing and Optimization.
Not suitable for candidates with primary experience in:
- Backend Load Testing (JMeter, BlazeMeter, Gatling)
- Infrastructure SRE / Cloud Engineering
- Pure Frontend Feature Development
- Dashboard Reporting without hands-on performance troubleshooting
