Position: Regional Head – Construction Finance
Role Purpose
The Regional Head will be responsible for driving the Construction Finance business across the assigned region by sourcing and managing relationships with real estate developers, builders, and corporate clients. The role involves business development, portfolio management, team leadership, and coordination with internal stakeholders for credit evaluation and loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Construction Finance business growth in the assigned region.
- Source and onboard new builder/developer relationships.
- Manage end-to-end funding opportunities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Achieve business, disbursement, and portfolio targets.
- Lead and manage regional sales/business development teams.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams for project approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely repayments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Construction Finance, Builder Finance, Developer Funding, Real Estate Finance, Project Finance, or Wholesale Lending.
- Strong network within the real estate developer community.
- Experience in handling large-ticket funding transactions.
- Strong understanding of project appraisal, credit assessment, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills.

- Banks with exposure to Construction Finance or Real Estate Lending
