Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work on implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and Foundation Objects.
- Perform data migration using Import/Export tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and end-user documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project timelines.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Knowledge of SAP CPI, OData APIs, or SuccessFactors integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, HR, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project is desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile project methodology.
- Exposure to SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Pay: ₹444,528.73 - ₹1,741,206.28 per year
