Job Summary
The Senior Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting high-quality designs that align with the projectâs overall vision and meet customer requirements. This position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring design consistency and excellence while driving innovation through prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And User Needs Using Design Thinking Methodologies.
2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Utilizing Tools Such As Adobe Xd And Figma To Validate Design Decisions And Gather Feedback For Iterative Improvements.
3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Structured Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning.
4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers And Product Managers, To Ensure That Software Design Aligns With Overall Project Goals And Adheres To Best Practices In Architecture And Design.
5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Maintain High-Quality Design Standards, Ensuring Consistency And Usability Across All Design Outputs.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Methodologies, Particularly In Syn, Apr, And Sta.
2. Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
3. Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders And Team Members.
4. Familiarity With User Experience (Ux) Best Practices And Accessibility Standards.
Other Requirements
