We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Telecallers / Academic Counsellors to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Call only interested leads who have already enquired about our Stock Market Courses (No Cold Calling).
Explain course details and guide prospective students.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Eligibility:
Kannada is Mandatory (Speak & Understand)
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Support is an added advantage.
