ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate, you will be the operational spine of Source's trade execution.
You will own the complete order lifecycle — from order punching and supplier coordination to dispatch confirmation and customer delivery.
Your mission is to ensure every order moves fast, clean, and without errors, while keeping all stakeholders aligned in real time.

The Toolkit(What you’ll own)
Order Execution | End-to-End Processing Punch , track, and close orders across the full lifecycle — from PO issuance to delivery confirmation — with zero data gaps. Coordination & Escalation Cross-functional Alignment Liaise with sales, suppliers, transporters, and finance to resolve blockers, manage exceptions, and ensure on-time delivery. Compliance & Reporting Process Adherence Enforce authority matrices, payment terms, and documentation standards while maintaining accurate MIS and order reports.
