Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for SaaS applications.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Understanding of release management and version control in packaged software environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
