Sukudo Studios is a dubbing and localization studio based in Delhi, serving clients across micro drama platforms, OTT networks, production houses, anime distributors, YouTube creators, and e-learning companies.
Our work has helped YouTube channels scale to 13M+ subscribers, and we dub content across 50+ languages for platforms including Amazon Prime, HBO, and Netflix. We specialize in Chinese short drama localization, Hinglish dubbing, and human-in-the-loop dubbing workflows that deliver quality AI alone cannot match.
Were looking for a sharp, data-driven digital marketer to own our inbound and paid lead generation engine. This is a hands-on execution role — you’ll be building the pipeline that brings dubbing and localization clients to us, not managing a team.
What You’ll Own
- Inbound Lead Generation: Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets (rate cards, sample reels, case study PDFs), and conversion funnels that turn website visitors into qualified B2B leads.
- SEO Execution: Manage on-page SEO, publish keyword-targeted blog content, build and maintain directory listings (Google Business Profile, Clutch, GoodFirms, JustDial, IndiaMART), and fix technical SEO issues. We have a keyword strategy in place — you’ll execute and iterate on it.
- Paid Campaigns (Google Ads): Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent B2B keywords like “dubbing services India,” “OTT dubbing vendor,” and “anime dubbing India.” Manage budgets, bidding, ad copy, negative keywords, and conversion tracking.
- Paid Campaigns (LinkedIn Ads): Run LinkedIn Sponsored Content and InMail campaigns targeting decision-makers at micro drama platforms, OTT content teams, and production houses. Build precise audience segments by job title, company, and industry.
- Analytics & Reporting: Set up and maintain end-to-end tracking — from ad click to lead to sales conversation. Deliver weekly reports on lead volume, cost per lead, channel performance, and pipeline contribution. Connect the dots between spend and revenue.
- Website & CRM: Maintain and optimize the company website on Framer. Set up and manage a lightweight CRM (HubSpot Free or equivalent) to track leads through the sales funnel. Ensure every inquiry is captured, tagged, and followed up on.
- Content Support: Collaborate on case studies, blog posts, and LinkedIn thought leadership content that supports lead generation. You don’t need to be a writer, but you should know what content converts B2B buyers.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing (agency or in-house for a services company)
- Proven ability to run Google Ads campaigns with B2B intent targeting, not just e-commerce or app installs
- Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and attribution
- Ability to build and optimize landing pages (Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads (Campaign Manager) — audience building, Sponsored Content, and lead gen forms
- Comfort with data: you should be able to look at a campaign dashboard and tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what to change
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
Good to Have
- Experience marketing a B2B services company (IT services, consulting, creative agency, or media services)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or any marketing automation tool
- Experience with Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, or other B2B review/directory platforms
- A creative mindset — you can come up with fresh angles for ad copy, lead magnets, and campaign hooks (we have a skilled graphic designer in-house, so you won’t be making creatives yourself)
- Exposure to the media, entertainment, or localization industry

- Number of qualified inbound leads per month (target: growing month-over-month from a baseline we’ll set together)

- Directory listings completed and reviews collected (first 90 days)
