Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Application Developer to design, develop, test and deploy a modern healthcare care-management platform.
You will work across the frontend and backend to build secure, scalable, cloud-native applications that support care managers, supervisors and healthcare workflows.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with React / TypeScript, backend development using Node.js, Python or Java, REST/FHIR APIs, OAuth2/OIDC and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack web applications for healthcare and care-management workflows.
- Build modern frontend applications using React + TypeScript or equivalent technologies.
- Develop backend services using Node.js, Python or Java.
- Design and consume REST and FHIR APIs.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 / OIDC.
- Design secure data models for clinical and personal data.
- Implement role-based and tenant-aware access controls.
- Build role-scoped views for care managers and supervisors.
- Develop features including:
- HRSN screening
- Person-centered plans of care
- Consent and treatment-milestone tracking
- Start/stop time capture
- Monthly time accumulation
- Code-level billing reconciliation
- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.
- Write maintainable, tested and well-documented code.
- Participate in peer code reviews and secure software development practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of full-stack web development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Strong experience with React or equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Python or Java.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with FHIR APIs.
- Experience with OAuth2 / OIDC.
- Strong understanding of role-based access control.
- Experience designing secure applications handling sensitive/clinical data.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud development.
- Understanding of multi-tenant application architecture.
- Experience working with Git, peer code reviews and structured development processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience publishing applications on the athenahealth Marketplace.
- Experience with SMART-on-FHIR embedded applications.
- Healthcare or care-management domain experience.
- Experience building configurable forms or workflow-driven applications.
- Knowledge of Medicare care-management workflows and terminology.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
