Job Summary
The Runner is responsible for handling daily errands, document delivery, and other support tasks required for smooth office operations. The role involves transporting documents, packages, and materials between departments, offices, banks, or other external locations in a timely and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials between offices, departments, banks, and external agencies.
- Assist the administration team with daily office errands and operational tasks.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of confidential documents.
- Handle banking activities such as cheque deposits, cash deposits, and document submissions when required.
- Maintain records of deliveries and collections.
- Support office staff with basic logistical needs and miscellaneous tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing duties.
Requirements
- Minimum High School / SSLC qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Ability to handle documents and packages responsibly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and physically fit.
Additional Requirements (if applicable)
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Familiarity with banks, courier services, and government offices.
