Job Summary:
A cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. They manage payments, issue receipts, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Scan items and process purchases
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the supervisor
- Count cash in the register at the start and end of shifts
- Follow store policies and procedures
Pay: ₹10,189.67 - ₹15,058.25 per month
