About the role
We're hiring someone to own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, not just track them. This person will align product, engineering, and business teams around shared goals, drive execution using Agile/Hybrid frameworks, and act as the single point of accountability for delivery. They'll spot blockers early, resolve them fast, and keep budgets, resources, and KPIs on track. We're not looking for a status-update person as this isn't a status-update role; it's an ownership role.
You'll work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and business teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact programs on time and within scope. You'll also keep an eye on the bigger picture, budgets, resources, and delivery of KPIs; so leadership always has a clear, honest read on progress.
This isn't a role for someone who wants a quiet lane and a predictable calendar. It's for someone who gets energized by complexity, who'd rather solve a messy problem than avoid one, and who measures success by outcomes delivered — not meetings attended.
What you'll actually be doing
- Owning delivery, not just tracking it: Scope, timelines, dependencies, risk, it's all yours. Not "yours to report on." Yours to drive.
- Herding cats without anyone feeling herded: You'll align cross-functional teams, product, engineering, business around shared goals and success metrics that everyone signed up for, not just signed off on.
- Bringing structure without bureaucracy: Agile, Hybrid, whatever the project actually needs, you'll run standups, retros, and stakeholder syncs that people want to attend because they're useful, not performative.
- Spotting the fire before it's a fire: You'll catch blockers early, bring solutions to the table, and push resolutions through with urgency, because "let's revisit next week" isn't in your vocabulary.
- Translating between rooms: What leadership needs to hear, what engineering needs to know, what the business team is actually worried about, you'll speak all three languages fluently.
- Making the paper trail useful: Documentation, reporting structures, decision logs, you'll keep them light enough that people actually use them and clear enough that nothing gets lost.
- Being the person people go to: Not because you have all the answers, but because you know how to get them fast.
What you bring to the table
- 8–12 years of project or program management experience, ideally in fast-moving, tech-led environments
- A track record of steering large, cross-functional projects with more moving parts than a Rube Goldberg machine — and making it look easy
- Communication skills sharp enough to translate "engineering speak" into "leadership speak" and back again, fluently
- Real, hands-on fluency in Agile and modern delivery practices — Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or whatever framework the situation calls for
- Comfort living inside tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or their cousins.
