Position Overview
Kinetic Age is looking for a well-networked and proactive Medical Representative to drive our B2B collaborations, preferably from an orthopaedics background.This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You will spend the majority of your day out in the field, walking into clinics, sitting across from doctors, building trust with pharmacists, and making KineticAge a name that every relevant healthcare professional in Bangalore knows. You are the face of KineticAge in the field, and your ability to show up consistently, communicate with conviction, and build lasting relationships with clinics and pharmacies is what drives our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and hold face-to-face conversations with general physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and pharmacists to introduce KineticAge's programs.
- Travel daily across Bangalore to visit doctor's clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres, this is a high-frequency, high-footfall field role.
- Convert healthcare professional relationships into active referral channels and institutional partnerships. Meet or exceed monthly targets for clinic visits, new partnerships, and client referrals.
- Track every visit, conversation, and referral accurately in the CRM — your field data drives team decisions
- Identify new clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, and geriatric care centres to expand your territory.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Orthopedics or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in orthopaedics.
- Skills: Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM tools for logging visits, leads, and follow-ups. Robust network and track record of building strong relationships across hospitals, pharmacies and doctors
- Traits: Self-driven, professional, and passionate about preventive healthcare and wellness, ready to travel across Bangalore.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
