About the Role
ICA Edu Skills is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Head to lead admissions, outreach, and university engagement activities for Arka Jain University and Srinath University. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving student enrollment growth, strengthening institutional relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of admission and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Lead the complete admissions function for Arka Jain University and Srinath University.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor admission funnel performance and drive conversion improvements at every stage.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. University & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key liaison between ICA Edu Skills and university leadership teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, HoDs, faculty members, and administrative stakeholders.
- Collaborate with university authorities to strengthen student engagement and enrollment initiatives.
3. Outreach, Marketing & Student Engagement
- Design and execute outreach programs to generate high-quality admission leads.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, educational fairs, and orientation programs.
- Represent the universities at educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions to enhance student acquisition.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor admission counselors, outreach executives, and support teams.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve counseling, conversion, and engagement effectiveness.
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven work culture.
5. Field Operations & Business Development
- Travel extensively to conduct student recruitment activities and institutional meetings.
- Identify and develop new channels for lead generation and admissions growth.
- Build strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term enrollment expansion.
- Drive regional brand visibility through on-ground marketing initiatives.
6. Reporting & MIS Management
- Monitor admission metrics, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, outreach activities, and stakeholder engagements.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for outreach programs, seminars, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance Preferred) or equivalent Postgraduate qualification.
- Graduate candidates with exceptional relevant experience may also be considered.
- 5–10 years of experience in:

- University Operations
- Education Sales / EdTech
- Student Recruitment
- Academic Outreach & Partnerships
- Prior experience managing admission targets and leading teams is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working with universities, educational institutions, or EdTech organizations will be an added advantage.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking capabilities within the education ecosystem.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a leadership role.
