Job Summary
We are looking for technically sound Trainee Engineers to support our Electronics Manufacturing and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, testing, and production operations.
- Understand and identify electronic components, PCB components, BOM, and technical specifications.
- Assist in material management, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support troubleshooting, inspection, documentation, and process improvement activities.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electronic/Electrical components and PCB.
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.
- Knowledge of BOM, material flow, supply chain, and operations.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Excel / MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
Preferred: Candidates with academic projects, internships, or practical exposure to PCB, SMT, electronics manufacturing, or testing.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
