Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Project Lead with expertise in desktop and web application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong Java development skills, deep knowledge of software architecture and modeling, and proven experience in managing software projects from conception to deployment. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and project management capabilities within an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable desktop and web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
· Lead end-to-end software development activities, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
· Manage software projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
· Drive Agile software development processes while supporting Waterfall methodologies where required.
· Ensure compliance with coding standards, configuration management, and CI/CD best practices.
· Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
· Participate in deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications.
Required Qualifications
· Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
· 3–5 years of experience managing IT/software development projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
· Experience working with modern development frameworks, libraries, and software engineering tools.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within global teams.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
