Quadrantech is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in software testing, quality engineering practices, and Agile delivery, with hands-on expertise in Tosca Automation as a mandatory skill.
In addition to Tosca, candidates with knowledge of or hands-on exposure to Playwright will be preferred. The role requires active contribution across manual testing, automation, API testing, defect management, and overall quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Accessibility testing using NVDA

Test automation framework maintenance / enhancement

Understand business and functional requirements

Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test data

Execute manual and automated test cases

Develop and maintain automation scripts in Tosca

Support automation activities in Playwright wherever applicable

Perform API testing and backend validation activities

Identify, log, track, and retest defects through closure

Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint-level QA activities
-
Contribute to release readiness, test coverage, and overall product quality

Strong QA fundamentals across manual and automation testing

Hands-on Tosca expertise is essential
