Job Summary:
Hii Blend is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista for our Sector 56 outlet. The ideal candidate will prepare quality beverages, maintain café standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per Hii Blend's recipes and quality standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle POS/billing transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and seating area
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies; coordinate with management for timely replenishment
- Follow hygiene, quality, and safety standards (FSSAI compliance)
- Address customer queries and feedback professionally
- Promote menu items, combos, and ongoing offers to enhance sales
- Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and basic inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent; graduates preferred
- Prior experience as a barista or in F&B
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, customer-first attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of coffee brewing and latte art is *MANDATORY*

- Consistency and attention to detail in beverage preparation
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Basic numeracy for billing and cash management
