Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant/menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Monitor quality of ingredients and food preparation.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
- Contribute to menu planning (for experienced cooks).
- Ensure safety and hygiene compliance in all kitchen activities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of kitchen experience (0–6 months for entry-level positions with training).
- Knowledge of Indian and/or continental cuisine.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- (Optional) FSSAI or food safety certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,800.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
