About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Trainer & Developer with 1–2 years of practical experience to join our team in Vijayawada.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for training students in Full Stack Development while also contributing to the development of real-world Full Stack applications and projects.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AI-assisted coding tools, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts through practical, hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
Training Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Full Stack Development.
- Teach students using live coding, demonstrations and real-world projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, quizzes and projects.
- Train students on:
- React.js
- Node.js & Express.js
- PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- Authentication & Authorization
- Git & GitHub
- Deployment
- Full Stack application development
- Guide and mentor students throughout their projects.
- Review student code, assignments and projects.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional guidance.
- Conduct coding assessments and practical evaluations.
- Help students develop industry-ready technical and problem-solving skills.
Development Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Full Stack web applications.
- Build frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js/Express.js.
- Design, develop and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Integrate frontend, backend and database components.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control.
- Participate in testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Develop practical projects that can be incorporated into the training curriculum.
AI Coding & Development
- Use modern AI coding tools to improve development productivity.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted coding techniques during training.
- Use AI for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring and documentation.
- Teach students how to effectively use AI coding assistants.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, correctness and security.
- Keep up to date with modern AI-powered development practices.

Candidate Profile

- Be able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Enjoy teaching, mentoring and working with students.
- Have practical project development experience.
- Be comfortable with AI-assisted coding and modern development tools.
- Be proactive and willing to learn new technologies.
- Be willing to work onsite at our Vijayawada office.
- Be willing to make a minimum 1-year commitment.
- Be available to join immediately or at the earliest possible date.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with strong practical Full Stack skills and relevant project experience may also be considered.
