We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Tender Executive to manage tender processes, coordinate sales activities, and handle client communications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end tendering process (Government & Private portals)
- Prepare and submit quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Work Orders
- Search and track relevant tenders on various platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical details, and documentation
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation and closures
- Manage email communication with customers professionally
- Maintain proper documentation and records of tenders, orders, and quotations
- Assist the sales team in daily coordination and reporting
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in tender handling and sales coordination
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal and other tender platforms
- Experience in preparing quotations, PI, and work orders
- Good communication and email drafting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation handling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
