About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, promoting our services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This role is best suited for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company's services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Stay updated on company services and promotional offers.
Qualifications
Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Sales target-oriented mindset* with the ability to achieve assigned goals.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: Working
All Sundays: Holiday
