Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Person to assist customers, promote products, and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Handle billing, cash, and customer queries.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
- Minimum 12th pass; prior retail sales experience preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
