We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support our business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with Government departments, PSUs, corporate clients, and private organizations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial bids, including GeM and tender-related documentation.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Marketing.
- Experience in the Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing, or B2B services industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and have a target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
