Job Summary
The Production Executive is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling daily production activities related to CNC Turning, VMC Machining, and precision machined components. The role ensures timely production, optimum machine utilization, product quality, cost control, and adherence to safety and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily production as per the production schedule.
- Monitor CNC Turning and VMC machining operations to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of CNC machines, VMC machines, manpower, tools, and materials.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth production flow.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, control plans, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Monitor cycle time, machine efficiency, productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure timely tool change, tool life monitoring, and proper tooling management.
- Reduce machine downtime and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Control production rejection, rework, and material wastage through continuous process improvement.
- Maintain production records, machine-wise production reports, rejection reports, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all operators follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Train and guide CNC/VMC operators on work instructions, quality standards, and safe operating procedures.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements (if applicable).
- Analyze production data and recommend productivity improvement measures.
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders by coordinating with PPC.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC Turning, VMC Machining, or Precision Auto Component Manufacturing.

Authority
- Allocate work to operators.
- Monitor production activities on the shop floor.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, and Stores to ensure uninterrupted production.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
