Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Testing Trainer to conduct instructor-led training sessions for students and working professionals. The trainer will deliver practical, hands-on training focused on Selenium automation testing, framework development, and real-world QA practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live training sessions on Selenium automation testing concepts
- Teach web automation using Selenium WebDriver
- Provide hands-on labs covering automation framework design and implementation
- Train learners on test scripting, debugging, and reporting techniques
- Cover integration with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Mentor learners, clarify technical queries, and support project work
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting
- Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit or similar testing frameworks
- Understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and automation framework design
- Experience with Maven/Gradle build tools
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of Automation Testing / QA experience
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Experience with API testing, BDD (Cucumber), or Agile methodologies is a plus
Work Schedule
- Part-time engagement
- Weekday evening or weekend batches
- Flexible training hours
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
